We deliver prints to the UK, Germany, Europe, and the US. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided within our FAQs and are for reference only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. We are not responsible if incorrect contact information has been provided for the delivery of items. 4.3 Returns
In the unlikely event the product arrives damaged, you may be eligible to receive a replacement order. To arrange this, please contact us at hello@artbyshiv.uk or head to our contact form here. We may request a return of the products before issuing a replacement. 5. Payment Methods
