  • Tell me more about the quality of an Art by Shiv print...

Happy to! All Art by Shiv prints are printed at a specialist printing lab in London using high-quality Giclée papers. They are experts in producing fine art prints (using the latest generation printers & inks) so you can be guaranteed quality.

I always ensure to use a larger canvas size than I intend to print on, using 300 DPI - this means the quality is always retained regardless of the size print you choose. All prints are tested for colour accuracy and quality before going live on my site. Please note that despite efforts to create exact colour matches, there may be a slight variation from the colour you see on screen to what you see in print.

  • Can I order a print commission from you?

Yes, of course :-) Please note that my commissions for prints start from £150. The amount added on top is dependent on the complexity of the request, as well as your chosen print size.

Print commissions are available in sizes A4, A3, A2 and A1.

To place an order, please head to this form and fill out the relevant deets. Once I’ve reviewed your request I’ll be in touch to discuss any finer details with you and we’ll go from there.

Sadly I am unable to complete commissions for a certain date/deadline, so if you’re ordering a gift for a special occasion I’d recommend getting in touch at least 1 month ahead* of the special day.

    * Although I’ll do what I can to help, refunds are not permitted for any orders if they’re not received by a particular date.

  • Do you offer live event portraits?

    I dooooo! (wedding pun intended).

I offer live digital guest portraits for weddings + events (with the option to provide printed copies for your guests to take away or posted after the event).

Pricing is determined by the size of the event, and how many hours of coverage you’d like. If you’d like to enquire, please head here and get in touch.

More information will be published soon!

  • How long will it take for my print to be delivered?

Art prints ordered via my website are processed by a specialist printing lab and they work to the below timeframes: Please note that all times are on a best endeavour basis.

United Kingdom, Germany, Europe (EU), Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: 6-10 days.

If your print hasn’t been received within 20 days of purchase (prints only) please get in touch so that I can investigate it for you.

  • How are print orders packaged?

Your print is packaged with the utmost care, but it can depend on a few things… like the size of the print, or whether your order contains custom inserts or a limited edition certificate.

It’ll either arrive in an envelope (with card stiffener) or rolled up in a tube. Both options are protected to prevent damage.

  • I accidentally placed an order to the wrong address... what do I do?

Orders that have been shipped (and successfully delivered to the chosen address) are non-refundable/replaceable if an incorrect address was provided at the time of purchase.

Orders are printed and shipped fast - there is no guarantee that your delivery address can be amended.

Updating your address via your account will not update the order. You can get in touch with us, but if your order has been shipped sadly we aren’t able to help.

  • Are your prints framed?

Nope - sorryyy! Everyone has very different taste when it comes to framing, so I think it’s best to leave that to you.

You’ll need to order the corresponding size frame for your print. If you want a snug fit, you should opt for the same size, but if you’d like some space between the print and the frame, you should purchase a larger frame and use a mount.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes!

If you live in the UK or Germany, shipping is free, baby!*

    * If ordering from outside the UK, you may be subject to customs charges (VAT, duty or delivery charges/handling fees). You are responsible to cover these costs to receive your goods, if applicable.
