Orders are shipped quickly! You should receive your print within 6-10 days of purchase. If you haven’t received it within this timeframe, please contact me so I can do some digging for you!
All prints are shipped with clear guidelines, in a way that prevents damage. They’ll arrive in a flat mailer or a tube (depending on the size). Please take extra care when unpacking your print. I’d advise keeping your print safe in its packaging until you’re ready to frame it.
You should also receive a certificate of authenticity with your print (not applicable for commissions).
Returns / refunds
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, a replacement can be sent out to you. Head to the contact page to get in touch.
All Art by Shiv prints are made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer any refunds for prints where:
they have been ordered in the incorrect size
you no longer want it (you changed your mind)
you feel the colour doesn’t match exactly what you see online
you submitted the wrong address during checkout
